How can we help?

  • Get started on your own with your first client

You can get started using Careseekers by creating an account on behalf of a participant. You will be able to manage the process of finding and connecting them to workers on their behalf. Once you have more than one client we will set you up with the dashboard. Click here to register a participant account and post your care needs.

  • Let us do it for you

We know that it can be busy work to get the best outcomes for your participants and we appreciate that you may not have the time to register and manage the process yourself. With our Partner Referral Program we will take care of this process for you and the participant. To make a request click here or for more info contact partnerships@careseekers.com.au

Benefits for the participant

  • Trusted and safe

All support workers have an up to date National Police Check. They have two (2) references that we have spoken to and are covered by insurances.

  • Flexible and affordable

There is no minimum or maximum hourly requirements so families can find support for one hour or 24/7 live-in care. Support workers are happy to negotiate and fit to the participants budget as they set their own rates. They generally charge between $30-$35/hour.

  • Tailored and designed to meet participant's goals

Use Careseekers to choose a support worker, and it is this worker, or team of workers, who will deliver the support every time. The requests can be as unique as the participant. We have a large and diverse database of care workers willing to meet participants goals whatever and whenever they may be.
